  Formula Ford Carnival - Race 10 (and last)

Always a highlight at the close of the season is the Formula Ford Carnival where contenders from all over the UK and sometimes as far afield as Australia, come to measure their talents against the locals who have perfected their knowledge of Castle Combe in the Circuit's own FF1600 Championship.

As often as not, the event produces an unlikely winner, but with guaranteed, nail biting action throughout the heats and final.

Nowhere will you witness such closely fought single seater competition, the leading pack often inseparable for the entire race.

There are also the final two rounds of the National Mobile Windscreens supported Saloons and savesomemoney.info supported Castle Combe Special GT Championships and a separate Saloon Car Challenge, with a heat and a final - could this be the start of something to rival the Carnival?

The high profile visiting Championship though is the MSA Formula Ford Championship of Great Britain, which has two races, whilst Classic Formula Ford 1600 and 2000 provide an interesting and highly competitive contrast.

TIMES: Qualifying from 08.45, racing from 11.50

ADMISSION: Adults £12, OAP £6, Paddock Transfer £2.50, U16's free

•Formula Ford Carnival heat and final,
•MSA Formula Ford Championship of Great Britain,
•Classic Formula Ford 1600,
•Classic Formula Ford 2000,
•Saloon Car Challenge
•Final rounds of the Castle Combe Championship for Formula Ford 1600, Saloons and Special GT's.
